Week-end of the Alchemy of Einkorn
Saturday April 28 to May 1, 2018 ( 3 nights)
Einkorn is the oldest grain known to man with surprising nutritional benefits, and of particular interest to those with gluten sensitivity or intolerance.
During 3 days we will transform einkorn grains into sourdough breads, crispy pizzas or vegetable tarts, delicious raviolis and the ultimate biscotti. The purpose is to enjoy ourselves and have fun in the kitchen with ALCHEMY!
April 28, arrival in the afternoon. We’ll prepare the sourdough bread to be baked next morning and we’ll also make crispy flatbreads for dinner
April 29, start the day with yoga-qigong, followed by breakfast with our freshly baked bread. Later in the afternoon we’ll have fun making einkorn raviolis with vegetarian filling for dinner
April 30, after yoga-qigong session and breakfast we’ll indulge in baking biscotti. In the afternoon we’ll knead, form and bake delicious einkorn pizzas for dinner.
